aitols.shop Temp Mail is a free temporary email service: it generates disposable inboxes instantly, receives one-time passwords and verification codes, and deletes every message after 24 hours. Because the service is deliberately anonymous, there is no account system to support — but you can still reach us for the reasons below.
One address for everything. Put the reason in the subject line so it reaches the right person first time.
If a message has not arrived, an address will not generate, or a page is broken, send us the address you were using and the time you expected the email. Messages that never arrive are almost always a sender-side delay rather than a problem on our side, so include the sender domain if you have it.
If an aitols.shop address was used to sign up for your service, send spam through it, or otherwise breach your terms, tell us the full address, the date, and what happened. We do not store sender IP addresses or logs, but we can and do delete individual messages and block individual addresses on request.
Our default answer is that there is nothing to delete: messages are wiped automatically after 24 hours and we keep no IP logs or tracking cookies. If you believe something specific is still stored, describe it and we will remove it manually. The full policy is on the privacy policy page.
We aim to answer within two working days. Abuse and takedown requests are prioritised and usually handled the same day. There is no phone line and no live chat, which is a deliberate consequence of running a service that collects as little as possible.
On the other hand, a free anonymous service has limits: we cannot verify that you own a particular address, we cannot recover messages once the 24-hour window has passed, and we cannot restore a password you have forgotten along with your recovery codes. For anything where losing access would cost you something, use a real mailbox — that is genuinely the right tool.
